Priton packs everything you need to build a move-in ready home into a single, secure container, ready to be delivered directly to you anywhere in the world. This compact, innovative method enables us to significantly lower transportation costs and maximize value for our customers. The container is efficiently packed at our factory in reverse order to the assembly process, ensuring that each component is easily to access as it’s needed on site.
Our One Home – One Container system packs every component of Priton’s houses, from walls to finishes, into a single, secure container. Our largest model, MyHouse 100, will fit into a forty-foot shipping container loaded by Priton at our factory, packed efficiently to make on-site assembly as quick and easy as possible. Only minimal equipment is required to unload the container on-site; while a lift truck or fork lift may ease the process, they’re not required. By utilizing a single container for every component of our homes, we eliminate costs associated with multiple LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments or the need for multiple custom clearances.
Priton’s panels are placed into the container mechanically, requiring only a single person to direct them into place. The process is extremely safe for our plant workers while minimizing the possibility for error and allowing for easy unloading on site. We conduct a quality control evaluation prior to shipping every system.
Priton has relationships with several of the largest, most reputable forwarders in the world. Those service providers in conjunction with Priton will continuously monitor your shipment from when it leaves our factory through delivery to your destination cargo yard anywhere in the world.
For those customers within the contiguous forty-eight (48) states, you will also reap the benefits of containerized shipping. For your shipments we will utilize intermodal transportation and containers. Your house will be packed into a container at the factory by our professionals. This container will be transported to the rail lines, put on a train, and railed to the destination rail-yard. The container is off-loaded by the railroad and handed off to a truck for delivery destination. All along the way, the integrity of the container remains intact.
One Home – One Container makes any job site run faster and more efficiently, lowering costs by reducing the time required for workers to obtain the necessary materials. With every component packed into a single container, all of the materials required to build the house are centralized in one convenient spot next to the construction site, reducing the need for management to maintain inventory at a separate staging area.
One Home – One Container allows your inventory to be locked inside its original container during breaks or overnight, reducing the potential for theft or the need for costly increased security. It will also protect your inventory from damage until it’s ready for use. A developer can rest assured that all materials are available at all times while being able to easily monitor and manage access to the container throughout the day.
